Welcome to the Perton Middle School Website
Welcome to our school website through which we aim to enhance the links between the school and all
who have an interest and a stake in its continued success and development - pupils, parents, the
community of Perton and surrounding districts which we serve, as well as those in the world beyond.
It is our hope that through the website we can foster a greater understanding of the work we do,
and the achievements of our children, in their studies, in sport and music, and in the range of other
activities in which they engage.
We aim also, to provide up to date and relevant information for parents, and an opportunity for
interaction with them.
If you have any views or comments about the site, or any suggestions about how this may be
further developed to improve communication with all who have a stake in the school, please let us
know at the following e-mail

Sports Day 2010
2010 marks the 26th Sports day here at Perton Middle School, and what a great way to end this years' sports week. The sun was shining, and there was a fantastic turn out of supporters cheering on our young athletes.
Over half of the school competed in a full range of field events this week, including shot putt, discus, javelin, high jump, as well the full range of normal track events on sports day, such as sprinting, middle distance running and the relay race.
This year Wightwick house took the gold and won overall, so a big well done to all those in that house, and to everyone else who participated to make this week so successful.
